It sounds great  the idea of having a shuttle service for those who would like to offer an additional service as holiday makers, however please bear in mind that some others will be actually living there permanently. Do not know what the idea regarding costs is, but I do disagree if these have to be splitted between all of us and added to the normal managemment charges.

Yes of course, the charges would only be divided amonst the residents if it is agreed by the management company. Thanks for your reply ,it is just this sort of response that allows us to decide whether the idea is worth considering
