Currently I have a client in Spain who requires an immediate rental, ideally on the resort fo 1-2 weeks
We went with them yesterday to check that their snagging had been completed, original list completed on August 27th, to find that, although the builder had written claiming all work was done, very few items had been completed, so the owner cannot use the property and they are staying in a hotel for a couple of nights but really need a house or apartment
Luckily these people have not yet completed and as normal the agent they brought form is of no help at all
Some of the outstanding items were actually dangerous in their current condition
They will also need somebody for keyholding and odd jobs, shower cubicle, lights, door stops etc
