Will all the people who have not completed please contact me asap.....we need to get ourselves sorted and things moving...or else we will loose all our deposits...now I am nearing the end of 1 courtcase I am willing to sort this out...but, to make sense, we need to pool resources.......so the so n sos cannot get away with the shoody way we have been treated.

I was supposed to complete Nov 2006, and tried to go via the bank guarantee route...although I found that theis was only between Interlaken and OVH........I am not going to lie down and watch them make a pile in Cape Verde!!!

Where a trader is based outside EU, the OFT can seek assistance from overseas counterparts, through the auspices of the International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network (ICPEN), to take action against dishonest traders in their jurisdiction who target UK consumers.

I have had a lot of advice from this forum that the system of business in Spain is far far worse than just buyer beware. Corruption is the norm and must be expected and allowed for. Complaint is a waste of time and money. Stand up for yourself at your peril. Get on with it and put things right as best possible yourself through enhanced community fees, if you can afford it, having spent a fortune on non-existent spacious luxury. Just accept things and stop moaning.

Well I cannot accept less than I paid for but seem to be in the minority and will fight on in any way possible. Where do I sign up??
