I have just loaded some photos onto the Eye on Spain gallery that we took at Christmas (They are both from 2007, despite my technical error with the date of the first batch. It had rained the previous night, but the sun came out and the site looked really good.
Batch 1 (Dated 27th Dec 2008)
1) Dining area; 2) Kitchen; 3) View of the Mountains from terrace; 4) View from the entrance; 5) The 3rd Hole; 6) The 11th Hole
Batch 2 (Dated 27th Dec 2007)
1) The Hacienda; 2) The late apartments; 3) The lake between the 9th & 18th Holes; 4) The 9th & 18th greens; 5) The 2nd Hole from behind the green; 6) The 8th Hole from the tee.
I was surprised to see that Peraleja Golf have been allowed to stick huge concrete slabs at the end of their land with their name on. It spoils the views when you get down towards the bottom of the course, around the 12th & 13th!!!!
But that apart the course is coming on really well, and I was surprised to see that it is quite undulating, which combined with all the bunkers and water will make for a very challenging course.
Happy New Year
Paul
