We kept the faith!

Hi all me again,

Sorry it's been a while although I have been keeping a close eye on the gossip! There are some nutters about. Thanks for the photos and news, and I'm now delighted to give you mine. Actually I'm a North London Estate Agent for my sins.......(sorry). Anyway, I've bought a penthouse at TH although I've bought it thru' my own company having signed up as one of the Developers' agents. ( The are paying excellent comissions to the agents) It seemed rude not to. Anyhow I have left them alone whilst all this nonsense over permissions and licences has been going on. Anyway, Sonia, my contact at the site has been on my case to go down there and pick tiles etc but I've been reluctant to do so until I saw something happening. Well I recieved a phone call from her last night confirming what some of us are now saying. The building is now starting, they are overjoyed and the apartment will be ready in 8 months! I must confess, I am still sceptical as to their timescales, but frankly.......

Yes its a miracle the web cam has sprung into life !!!!!!! I can now throw my anti depressants in the bin and focus on my flight on Friday, the camera is on charge cant wait.

CONGRATULATIONS AND CELEBRATIONS, well done we bought on phase 1 back in 2005 as well and mey hasnt been very good with info our way, you never know we may no pun intended to hear from her soon

I'm one of those sad people as well who will be eagerly watching web cam too!

We are phase II so long way to go but cant wait!! Thanks for all the news, photos and gossip everyone, and congrats and celebrations to everyone on phase I, you should all be in by autumn hopefully!!

Going by some of the most recent comments posted, it seems like we are going to have some very nutty neighbours when we move into our apartment at TH. Sounds good. Looking forward to it.

It is nice to hear that building work has started at last, somewhere off to either the left or right of the webcam!!! Having looked at a few palm trees for the last 12 months, I wouldn't mind seeing some blokes with spades labouring away in the footings that will very soon become villas and apartments.

Is anyone going out in the near future that can take pictures of this activity and post them on this website?   I am hoping to go mid April when hopefully buildings will be there. Pictures will be taken and duly posted.

I chose all mine last December.  The agent I bought my villa through is on site at TH, they have been pressing me for the past few weeks to make a decision on the position of my villa on the plot as they were waiting to commence building.

Just out of interest, what number is your plot (mine is 38). I am trying to establish where Phase 1 ends and phase 2 starts. Thanks!

welcome back long time no hear, just to let you know that we are on phase 1 plot no 135 {was 126 b4 the change of plan}. our plot is about 200 yds from the main TH office going down the hill on the left hand side facing the golf course on the right. Dont know if this is any help with your question.  We have also been told that the approximate completion time is oct/nov when the whole of phase 1 will be finished.  I like you purchased too many moons ago to believe anything i hear.  I woold like also to see the licence for myself so if anyone ets one can they post it on the site

I'm plot 10, but  reckon 38 is well within phase one.  Completion date I was given was 12 months from commence of building.

Thanks for your sentiments. The latest news is great, eh!

To Adele, I initially bought on phase 2 and nothing has changed. My plot is well down on the right hand side overlooking a tee box. I haven't yet been approached by TH, infact I haven't been contacted for over 2 years, but I would imagine that I don't stand alone on that one!

I was wondering if you or indeed anyone, has heard anything about the Golf Course (the main reason why we are buying at TH). It has changed shape so many times, I have forgotten what it is suppose to look like. Will TH now kick on and start the Course in tandem with the buildings or is there another agenda?

Hi Joe
When I originally bought, I was told that the first nine holes would be complete at the same time as phase 1. I for one will not be paying any more cash until I can play at least nine holes as promised
