OVERSEAS KEYS

Hello everyone,

Just thought i would introduce ourselves, we are Dave and Margo and we are buying in Brisas phase 2,

We went over a couple of weeks ago to see friends who live on Lo Crispin, and of course we drove down to have a look at how things were coming along.

Well while we were there they were concreting the pool and all of the glass is now in, most apartments have now been fitted out and have the usual snag lists pinned to the front doors, i had a chat with Juan in the Golf Invest sales office and he told me to expect the development to be signed off at the end of April.

They are moving his office onto the carpark next to the Supavalu this week so that they can give the area a clean up.

A very warm welcome to the BDM site - as you can tell by past postings we'er not a bad bunch. We have bought 118 looking on to the pool.

Just cant wait until its finished. Did you like the town of Formentera? We are very pleased with the location

Welcome to the formum, were in no 172 on Phase 3.   As Pat and Marie have said were a friendly bunch and can' t wait until we are able to get together once completed.

It was nice of you to post a reply,

It seems that their a lot of people from the Midlands buying at BDM.

It seems that the people who are going out there are a good bunch as you have said, so it will be great to meet up with everyone when we all get the go ahead to complete.

I can"t wait to get in the sunshine and leave the cold and dreary life behind, (it was minus 7 this morning when i got to work)

Keep counting the days !!

Hi everyone,

Just got back last night have posted a few pics, have got more if anyone wants them.  Nice to meet up with Mike and Gloria from Mar Y Sol.  Weather was not so good this time. But phase 1 is almost completed, they are just doing snagging and cleaning.  Apparently the builder has the habitation licence!  Pat the builders mortgage is through Caja Murcia.  Hi to Dave and Margo.   Sharon I managed to upload the pics of phase 3 but have more if you want them.

Thanks for the photo's the development is really coming on now.  The first blocks are transformed with the rendering makes the site look much brighter.

Just had a look at the photos, i cant belive how different everything looks in just a short space of time, We were only over there a few weeks ago.

They have got a move on, it wont be long now before everything is finished and signed off.
