Feeeview in Calpe?

The first Community meeting for Al Andalus Thalassa is scheduled for next Saturday (8th March) at the Hotel Mexico & I am attempting to ensure that we have as much representation as possible, either in person or by proxy votes if owners are not able to attend.

From Andrew Rampton's list, I have had 20 confirmed proxy votes given to me, with potentially a further 16 to be confirmed. I am also aware of a further 10 owners who are attending in person.

I understand that there are a total of 343 votes to be cast which is made up of 90 Key Mare (unsold units), 80 Spanish Owners & 173 Other nationalities (mainly UK & Ireland) - Therefore, the figures above equate to approximately 13% of the vote. If we want the results of votes to be in our favour, we desperately need more people either to attend or delegate their vote, but time is running out.

It is 1 House = 1 Vote

If the same person buys 5 properties then they have 5 votes.

If 5 people buy 1 property then they have 1 vote between them.

I spoke to Luis this afternoon & I specifically asked for clarification on that point & that was his response.
