yeh I watched the new advert on SETANTA SPORTS this morning, it all looks good.

We saw it last night whilst watching VHF Classic with a few vino tinto's reliving the 80's. Thought we were seeing things then saw your posting. Upon looking further they have just started their new advertising campaign on 8th March.

I managed to record the ad in amongst the boxing on Setanta last Saturday night.

Apologies for being a saddo but I have watched the ad a few times now (3 cheers for Sky plus) & have to report that I think PW have been a bit sneaky with the footage of the '2bed'.

It would seem that they have used the 3 bed show apartment with the 3rd bedroom removed & called it the 2 bed...........something that I understand is not an option for anyone in the Jardines.

This gives the illusion of a much bigger apartment which is definitely not the case as photos & testimonials posted by other members will confirm.

That said, as I look at the rain pelting down outside, it still looks fantastic & I cannot wait to get the keys!!

I have just watched the ad again & you have to be quick to spot it but the 2 bed they show is definitely a 3 bed with the 3rd bedroom removed & not a 'standard' 2 bed (the ad shown on TV is diferent to the full version on the Polaris site)

You have the option at El Mirador to have the small ground floor bedroom converted in to the living room by simply removing the dividing wall

One of show maisonette is done this way

Some buyers are also buying both the GF and FF, having the GR as 2 bed and then after completion are planning to put in a staircase to make it a duplex

If you have not seen the show houses and are interested you should go over on one of the free trips or a more relaxed 2 day trip
