Yep, it looked great last Nov when we went (expect being dirty and full of rubbish!).
Its a bit vague as to what happened, but I think that the ground around the pool started to subside and the pool started leaking. Apparently they need to figure out why and how to fix it. A couple of weeks back when we were there, they were basically digging up around the entire edge of the pool, but the pool itself was still in place. Kind of hard to explain, but looked a bit weird. Its a total mess to be honest. Wish I had took some photos, but dont think we did.
Once they have this "report" they are supposedly going to fix and put right straight away. Just hope the report doesnt tell them the mountainside is collapsing! The good thing for those that have completed or due to complete, is that it is in there interests to get it sorted. They still have 40+ apartments left to sell, and thats not going to be easy in the current climate anyway, let alone with a dodgy pool!
The other problem its causing is the commual areas, parking areas are still very dusty and dirty. I am guessing they wont properly clean up until the pool is sorted.
