90% mortgages now available at Hacienda Riquelme

I see from the covera forum that they have finally got their building licenses and i was just wondering if anyone has heard if they have got the same for the phase 4 apartments which we are waiting for before they start building them.I was hoping that if the town hall gave calidona the license for covera that they were all done together and that phase 4 would get started

We've just come back from a week-end at Roda - the customer service rep there indicated that they are still waiting for the phase 4 licence from the town hall - apparently everything is very slow since the recent government changes. 

The new clubhouse is closed - also waiting for a catering licence from the town hall - and Roda couldn't tell us when it will be sorted.

For anyone interested in phase 3 B - we've been told it will be ready in September. Here's hoping that this is really the date!  Having spent a lovely week-end there we can't wait to get our property so we can make regular trips.
