solicitor told me today it will be 2 years before acc starts again

i have 2 bg's and she said my two banks are still paying on them after 2 months of cancellation.

it seems a bit fishey to me parador are paying back after sales money so quickly now when you cancel.

maybe they and huma want everyone to cancel on acc so they can market it again in a few years for a lot more money as i think they undervalued it when we bought.

i no parador monitor these sites so let me tell you everytime you do an exibition in s/yorks i'll be there to tell the public what a great rip of company you are.

I got the same impression from our agent and one or two other agents they wanted to rapidly wash their hands of ACC. Clear up all issues , refund, and get current ACC clients off the books.

Our agent held our third payment as a safe guard luckiliy for us, and to be fair to them we didn't have any problems in getting that money back. But I believe that is because they wanted to close this book quickly and avoid more bad publicity.

agree everyone wants the situation closed.

as for huma remarketing in two yrs at inflated prices, no so sure - the market is only heading in one direction, down.

I am going after my money now (got BGs), if and when ACC starts, I bet you will be able to purchase similar as currently reserved for approximately the same price, if not slightly cheaper. Yes i know huma would like to up the prices, but the way the market is going, they will be stuck holding the baby if they ask too much. Now wouldn't that be a shame.......

I agree with tboneted we have a lot of exhibitions in Southampton i might pay them a visit,  and  the agent that  ripped us off and are not willing to help, they  are advertising OCC on one of the sites,  they are promising that you'll  be looked after( from the day you sign your contract until the day you move in) oh and don't let me forget to mention the builder which are supposed to be  a reputable family business ,it makes me cringe just reading it ,talk about rubbing salt into the wound ,so I might have something to say about that as well, then perhaps they'll no what it feels like to loose hard earned money and have sleepless night's ive had enough they took our money knowing what was happening some one has got to pay

Stroll along to ACC in 6 years time. Offer a rediculous price for an Aroma (as long as they can show all Licenses!!!)
