Is there any snow yet?

I bought a unit in block 2, which is not due for completion until September.  MRI started calling me towards the end of last year asking me to get their furniture pack, saying their furniture met all the health and safety standards and I have to pay extra to MRI  if I get the furniture from elsewhere and I am letting the place through MRI.   During the May bank holidays we went over to Almerimar to have a look at the place and one of the things we told MRI aftersale was that we like to see some of the finished apartments, with MRI furnitures in. But when we were there, they told us their showroom with the MRI furniture is not accessible because of some problem with the steps, so we didn't get to see the actual furniture. 

Has anyone in this forum ever seen the furniture offered by MRI, and if so what do they think of the quality ?

When i went over last October to see the show apartment, i saw the furniture pack. The girl showing me around from Proindal said it was the MRI pack.

It was really nice.

I bought a 2 bed in block 5, which comes with the developers pack. I haven't seen it yet and i was told it was not the same as Mri's

I thought Mri's furniture in the show apartment was really sturdy. But different people have different tasts. It was dark wood. You should really see it yourself as i know MRI are expensive.

 Did they send you any pictures.?

I am dealing with some local people in Almerimar regarding bed linnen, kitchen equipment, patio furniture, curtain poles, Bathroom extra's etc and the fitting of same.

They are also going to do my snag list for free if i go with them to manage the property.

It is 250 for the year. That covers meet and greet  guests, key holding, checking the apartment etc.

A clean is 45 Euros, Laundry 16 Euros etc. They have price lists.

I got their name from putting a classified add on the almerimar24 (chillout was there contact)

I will let you know how i get on with them if you want . They were recommended to me.

i am new to snag lists ect, if a person doing it for you and then you move in and find

they missed something can you still get it put right.
