As I have just said on another thread - can AS MANY people as possible on J13 (or any others for that matter to lend support) please contact PW over the next few days to get the second pool re-instated.  This is the largest Jardin and one piffly wee pool is a joke.  Cost cutting I suspect.  I cannot think of a single reason why they felt the need to do this.  Last week the Foro in Jardines disappeared, this week a pool goes, what next?  Maybe if we all harangue them enough they will think twice about mucking us all around at this late stage with whatever crazy scheme they have up their sleeve for next week!!  Thanks.

hi same with jardine 7 was over last month and advised only one pool went beserk about this as at first played dumb until I pointed the pools out on the model.Advised that pool is now bigger but no use to me as I bought my plot adjacent to pool so we could watch our kids from the patio area.Complained but got the off plan response and now have couple of trees where the second pool should be very dissatisfied as per ajw get as much complaints in for jardine 7 also

Hi.    We bought our property  in Jardine 13 because it was by a pool so we could keep an eye on the kids, which it no longer is. I called Polaris World to complain but got nowhere. I was told that the commercial plans are subject to change and that they only sell you the property and do not guarantee where the swiming pool will be. Despite complaining at length about the change at this late stage I got nowhere and was `you will still have a pool in the garden'. I pointed out that there are a large number of properties in this Jardine but the response was `they wont be all there at once'.

I think we should ALL get our lawyers to make a noise about this one??  I intend to and I am not even overlooking a pool in the first place - it just seems terribly unfair for those who were.
