Scooter Wanted.

Hi,

       It's very sad  news about  San Jose and i do feel sorry for all concerned very sorry,  we visited the site in Febuary and i just loved it .We where going to take over the contract on a Azucena from a very nice couple who met us and showed us the site and the town of Jumillia. I then got  intouch with a Spanish solicitor who said these words be very very careful !! i did not need to be told twice . Now i am not saying this to be clever i am very sad, i could see from this web site so many like minded people who wanted to live at Jumillia, but who knows what the future holds regarding Santa Ana who knows?

Thanks for those sympathetic thoughts !

We have all had our "Dreams" shattered in the last week , and it's a very unpleasant feeling, not knowing what to do, or who to seek advice from, or even which firm of Lawyers we should trust now. Are they also trying to kame a buck or two out of our downfall ?

My gut feeling is that we should now trust the people who may have been in this position before, or know someone who has, and are qualified to give us some sort of real hope, that at least, we can get our deposits back, ( I have been told by one Lawyer in Spain that we have a 90 - 95% chance of getting a full refund.

But........we didn't want this...............we wanted our dream.............a place to live in now.............or a place to retire to........or even a place for future investment, in some cases.

At the moment, all we have is a hole in the ground in Jumilla, and false hope !!

Where this will all end..........I don't think anyone knows ??

You obviously did the right thing, and listened to reason............jumped ship, before it set sail !!
