Key Holding/Cleaning

Hi,

I am purchasing in Jardine 2 and am looking for someone who is going to live on one of the Jardines who may be considering key holding services and occasional cleaning services.  I would prefer someone who is going to be a future neighbour on Jardines rather than a company but open to offers???

great to hear a neighbour is looking to set up some management services on the site,as we can only imagine PW charges will be huge, ann and nigel have bought on jardines 2 and 5 due to complete in august, possibley are going to sell one though, but will  definately in need of some local services as we need to rent out to cover some of our morgate ! will send you a p.m.  and hope you receive it, if not and you se this my email is  nigel.carruthers@talktalk.net  hears hoping to hear from you
