Has anyone heard from the pioneers yet??  Wonder how they are getting on with their completions.  Also has anyone had a valuation for any bank other than CAM ?  I am Bancaja but they have still to get back to me.  I know CAM  valuations are coming in a approx what we paid but wondered how the rest are fairing by comparison??

I cant help with valuation figures but I had our agents query why valuers were not being allowed on site and they were told that provided an appointment had been made they are being allowed on site. Its only those that turn up on speck being turned away.
