Hi everybody!

Just a quick note to wish good luck to all the first peoples completing next!!

For the last 16 months for me, I really don't know what I would have done without logging into forum
to learn the next chapter!
The help and advise which I have read has been a great help and comfort.

 Even through all the highs and the lows we have shown to be a great community so
with 1 glass of vino in my hand, cheers at lets hope we can still show that same community spirit
when we have all completed!!

Once again good luck to you all and even though you will be mega busy try to keep  the rest of us informed of your progress!

Agree totally.

Don't know what we would do without the forums.  The last 18 months have been a learning curve for most of us, buying our first property in Spain and without them we wouldn't know half of what we do today.

Think the forums are going to be extremely informative to us all over the next few weeks.  From the first completions, to the completions for Naranjos at the back end of the year.  Sure many of us will be sitting at work, next week, wondering how it is going.

I'm sure the forums will be used for some time yet.  Its over the next few weeks that we will probably need advice on local tradesman, restaurants and even the setting up of our communities.  If we haven't been able to visit for a while, we'll also be able to keep in touch with what is new in Condado.

Spoke to some really nice people while we have been posting and it will be nice to finally put faces to names.

Again, good look to you all and thanks for all the advice over the past 18 months.  Hope there is much more of it to come!

Hi all forefathers

Those of you who are going to complete in the next few weeks we will all be waiting with bated breath for your experiences during and after completion.

It will be like waiting for Apollo re-establishing radio contact after going round the dark side of the moon, we will be waiting for those first good news messages on the forum informing us all what is to come.

Good look and be careful out there.

Must admit I have been logging in to check the forum every hour on the hour, especially as completions as expected from today!

Glass of wine in my hand right not, I even find myself looking at Spanish wine in the supermarket these days!  Cheers everyone, can't wait to hear how things are looking.

I agree - the forum has been absolutely fantastic.  In particular, thank you to everyone for your reassuring messages earlier this week when my stress levels reached an all time high!!!  Things do seem to have fallen into place - albeit at the eleventh hour!  

It does seem very real now - after over 18 months of talking about the apartments, it is now actually happening (or may be!).

Will try to provide as much information as I can on the Forum next week - would you prefer separate threads for different issues, eg. snagging, measurements, completion arrangements, resort/facilities etc or just one long report covering everything!!  Let me know what you would prefer - happy to oblige!

Good luck to all our future neighbours who are completing next week - may see some of you out there.

Nope, must have been a fellow touree. The T-Shirt is pure class tho.

I was in B stand - 45 of us !............... left at 4 as soon as it was obvious no more play, Bishops's Blaize till 9, then into manchester to The Kwok Man, I left the final 3 as they were off to a casino (they were all early 20's)

Question for those completing shortly.
