Hi Maria

I have been looking through the various threads today as I thought I saw a new petition which you had started yesterday. I looked for all the details in my file and sat down to fill in the petition, however, after searching through many threads and blogs, I think I must have somehow picked up a link onto Keith's petition from last year.

What I did come across was a comment you made on the same thread about the Bank Guarantee, you said  - quote:

Having a contract and proof of your obligations ( payments) being made ( not necessary to prove special accouny here) is enough to ask guarantoor for the return of your deposit.

If this is the case, because we have gone through the courts and won, based on "Developer breaking contract', cannot we not now use the information which you state above, to force the bank who took our deposit, because they are the same bank who were identified by the courts as holding an account which could be seized to repay our monies.

A new action, or at least the beginning of the same ( Banks can settle at the beginning of the procedure), will be enough
