is this a breakthrough???

+ Hard up pensioner wins block of flats from developer as compensation

have the Spanish judges finally got fed up with the "Mafia Worship"

Let's hope so and that those on EOS will stop making excuses for themselves and follow suite.

Or will it just fail at appeal?

some 'breakthrough'?   Later in the article it claims that the  hard up pensioner has been saddled with a 20 million euro mortgage as part of his win!  Some win eh' .......I don't think!

Sorry Goodstich,

It was, as Roberto says, a little "tongue in cheek" reminder that with the system you are fighting, even when you win, you lose.

Perhaps we need Maria's advice?

I have tried a couple of times to draw you on the need for brilliant lawyers, but so far you have declined.

When one only has a pension as finance, care has to be taken before starting on your long road. I suppose I really need a "brilliant, no-win-no-fee" lawyer or some fixed idea of costs to recovery?

Due diligence to the bitter end I suppose?
