On the 9th July, it was published in the BOE that Herrada del Tollo and San José Inversiones were in Administration and you now have until the 9th August to submit your paperwork in front of the Court in Alicante.

Hi Darren,
My solicitor has said that as the Court closes for August it will be until the 9 of September. I have sent him an email to confirm this and to make sure that this is not a mistake, as i thought it would be the 9 of August.
As soon as i get his reply I will post it but it might be worth checking with your own solicitor on this.

now now Darren...please remember that this is the very reasonably priced solicitor you are talking about... Shame on you. The solictor is so good that the SARC group quote the information from other solicitors and even have annas posting placed on their website. Who are you to speak good sense and fact

Gents how you can say that you have met that objective is a bit of a joke. Your legal counsel is weak. Please be aware all who follow the SARC campaign that if you are not actively pursuing your deposit back and we others suceed then HDL will no doubt enter into liquidation and you may not get your deposit back only a section of it if any.

Please also be advised that if you continue with the build (if that is possible) and creditors payments are protected from being paid by the courts for a period of time that there are many laws working alongside each other. If it goes wrong in the future (which undoubtedly it will as no-one wants to buy houses in spain now and certainly not houses without facilities)you may not be able to exercise your contractual rights ( and look how complicated it is for those of us who can currently exercise our contrctual rights) With the protection laws applied by administrators it would be an absolute minefield.

Have you actually considered the rik of not pursuing your money back? I amtalking worst case scenario here not "but we know it will all be ok" scenario.

If you doubt me you only need to consider the ideal and reality of BG's.

thats all we hear just wait for the report...but it never comes. Thats what you said about the solicitors and your fact finding mission (that turned out to be pictures of the town hall) If that is what you call fact then is it worth waiting for... and lets be clear we are waiting as no doubt this delay is to boost your own self importance. If the meeting had taken six weeks it would not have taken this long to write bullet points etc.

When will it be ready

Your insults have no value.  As for your inuendo how dare you accuse us of anything ,we paid our own way and would expect nothing else. What have you done to help lately? Keep wasting your insults and time but this thread should be about the 30 days count down and all you want to do is throw insults.

My comments were not an insult, purely my observations and opinion. You ask what we have done lately and I would reply a considerable amount in the various meetings which I attended this week during a business visit to Spain, when the possibility of re-financing was one of the topics of discussion.

My questions are questions...not insults.  I dont think my insult.s will be confused.

Its surprising you were invited over there, didnt have time to ask around to see if there were any searching questions, went and came back in such a short space of time, with the Flu and not make a break out of it either.

And pay for it all yourself.....and i thought it was just the communication that was a missed opportunity, the surprises keep coming.
