Well done, you 2 have come along and raised the spirits yet again, im just waiting for evad im sure he will have something to say, some of these people have nothing else better to do than throw spanners in the works, we must keep the faith and the pressure. I asked my solicitor. She said that on the claim we are asking the seizure of the some properties in the name of TH, so if they do not pay friendly, properties will be seizured and actioned. the later you decide to claim, less properties you will find to seizure, and if TH gets into liquidation, you won't have any guarantee againts your money.
I hope the project goes ahead, because it is the only way for you to get the money back on your property

Lyla you write on here as if you are trying to help everyone but what you are proposing is seizure of properties in the name of TH these properties belong to all the investers in TH as it is thier hard earned cash that has funded the whole project and yes as i have said before if people like you take the legal route you will force TH into liquidation and this will help nobody. It seams quite selfish to me because you are saying grab what you can and dont worry about everyone else, and this way of thinking isnt going to help everyone.
What everyone has to consider is the easy way out for TH is to close TH ( as it isnt thier money that has got it to were it is today) walk away and continue with thier other projects as no doubt Th is a seperate company from its others , but they are still thier pushing for the papers and trying to go forward i think everyone needs to pull together and put as much pressure on the town hall as possible to try and get this resolved.

Ok guys,
whoever she/he is an absolute nightmare one mi nute telling how we can all get our monies back next telling about the downfall of TH . Lets get a grip here the comapny i still SOLVENT is it not? and all the time it is then we have to have the beleive that this will happen. I tell you what lylla you contact me and i will get my solicitor to cantact yours both of which are spanish and sort this out once and for all. Lets see the colour of our money and by the way while you are at it get your contact at trampolin hills to contact me/my solicitor and see where the truth lies. If they have nothing to hide which im sure they dont then let them come to me and offer me my monies back as they have broken my contract for over 16 months. I am now willing to takew the chance and see if they are as good as your word. THOUSANDS of buyers out there NEED to know that TH is still trading in good faith and by paying monies back on contracts that HAVE EXPIRED they will show the are trading in good faith.

I totally agree with you guys - Of course we should not start any claim procedures against TH. This will only deepen our troubles. I really believe TH is doing all they can to get this rolling asap. The reason why people get frustrated with TH is their complete inability to communicate properly with their clients.
We ALL know that the problem itself has in fact nothing to do with TH. It has to do with the incompetent mayor and his nitwits at the townhall. Of course this situation has financially damaged TH - but TH will prevail. If we all start procedures and claims it will only make things worse.
Of course its Lylas right to start her litigation - so be it! - I only hope there are not many taking her silly route...
I am confident we will all get our houses - its just a shame how long this is being delayed by all this political nightmare.

I agree with you Bjorn. I think the Grupo Trampolin (GT) is a solid company and I do not think they will end up in the gutter
Also I would assume, with the falling prices in Spain both for property and unemployment increasing, that what GT is loosing right now, they may end up in saving in the long run...so for them, the delay may turn out to the best...
As for legal actions towards GT, the Campos del Rio council, the real estate agents or others...I prefer to act the "sitting duck"
Once someone gets their money back, I will be sure that the project is going ahead in a short time (due to the fact that GT can sell it to someone else in a short time for a higher price).
How about that? then I would even considering buying more properties from GT...

i have been told by my lawyer that the mayor and the other town hall member who can not vote until november are now likely to vote against the project due to Antonio publicly slagging them off and accusing them of corruption

Well A.Martinez is not one of the most diplomatic people around that's for sure. His language against the town hall has on occasion has been embarassing/insulting to say the least!
Hopefully they will rethink their decisions (if this is indeed true!)

If the mayor decides to take that route then Campos del Rio will be in for a treat, so to speak.
The fact is that GT already has gotten all paperwork correct - right from the beginning. Only the last, go-ahead signature is needed.
If the mayor stops the project this way, there will be hundreds or even thousands of us starting procedures against the town. Because the town already had given the green light to start preparation and to start selling the houses.
So - If the mayor/townhall stops this at this stage all hell will for certain break loose....
I don't believe the mayor is that stupid. And as a public, responsible figure he is simply not allowed to take such personal issues above the status he represents.
We shall see - i remain positive in this regard, until proven wrong...

Well said Bjorn - at last the voice of reason - I totally agree and as I have already posted several times the town will be wiped out financially if the council does not agree to this as has already been stated by a Judge that the council is financially responsible for this mess.

Well TH already declared they would take legal action against the town hall, this is well documented in the papers. if what Pff001 lawyer has said is true. I am sure they will start legal proceedings.
Also the Judge (Judge Minarro) from the "the truth" said that the town hall would be responsible for all losses. This is also well documented.
Unfortunately I DO believe the Mayor is that stupid, come on he voted when he knew he shouldnt have!! He also hasnt resigned which most human beings with a conscience would have done..

For him taking such a route equals "harakiri" - a professional suicide i am afraid.

Whilst ever the optimist don't really foresee the Mayor and his co-hort voting against the project.
He may be angry and could be considered stupid but don't think he's a fool. He has already shown that he won't put himself in any situation that will affect him adversely or affect his continued holding of the position of Mayor
A few things we should also remember:
The fact he won't vote is caused by him actively selling Trampolin Hills property if I remember this properly. So it would be difficult for him politically to vote against something he has actuually sold property on. I'm sure the opposition would have a field day with that decision.
He obviously wants to retain his position as Mayor and there is greater political advantage to him voting for a project that brings jobs & income to the town than voting against it. That would be quite a feather in his cap come the next election.
This way he can take the moral high ground of not contravening the requirement of 2 years gap from his involvment with TH therby holding up his political integrity (whether that's true or not) & at the same time demonstrate his comitment to revitalising the town.
As has previoulsy been highlighted a no vote would start an avalanche of claims against the Council which has already been held liable for costs by a recent court judgement beacuse they knowingly allowed the properties to be sold.
Seems to me he has more to gain personally by supporting the project rather than opposing it. Politically his head will rule I'm sure as I said he may be stupid but don't think he's a fool and am sure he will seek the greatest return for himself. That already seems obvious.
One last thing if he was going to oppose it he could have done that already it's the yes vote that the opposition have a problem with because of his previous involvement with TH!

There are more news today about TH on La Verdad.
It seems the PP is going to bring a civil action against the Town Hall, because they have used the local funds to pay lawyer's firm who may help them to get TH project approved. So things are getting more and more complicated.

Doesnt surprise me This really is a stupid mayor - hopefully he will NOW RESIGN!!
Todays newspaper saying the opposition PP party are going to take cvil action against the town hall as he they have spent 90,000 euros of public money to appoint a lawyer to enable TH to go forward!

Miguel Buendía requested the secretary general of the PSRM, Pedro Saura, who, before going on vacation, "take action" in his party in Campos del Rio and stop their feet to the mayor.
