Hi OGO
I was thinking the same thing earlier today - everybody must be on holiday enjoying themselves - lucky swines. I have not heard anything else since my last posting. If and when I do hear or see anything I will let everybody know.

I spoke to Gemma at Trampolin earlier this week. Had been trying to get some update and she coffered to call me which she did.
She is saying that they will definitely start building in September. I question this, as there have been many promises as we all know. But she was resolute about it. She said that she realized that there had been a number of promises of bulding starting in 2 weeks, 3 weeks etc but it would definitely be Sepetember. Not sure how that stacks up with the Mayor issue bur she seemed pretty guenuine & did call me.
Let's hope it gets under way then.

THAT IS GOOD NEWS!!!
At least it keeps us going a month more, and who knows, if gemma managed to convince our "007 agent" (AP007, my name is Pond, -- Ames Pond  ) then maybe there is something in it.

i have a letter back from my solicitor which is further to the letter claiming back my deposit.
it reads :
We have been informed by trampolin hills that they are not in a position to return deposits or renew bank guarantees.
To claim the deposit back is an expensive exercise and presently without many guarantees as many developers are entering into administration due to lack of liquidity.
The costs of a judicial claim would be £2750.00 at the outset and another £1000.00 approx at the end of the matter
Should you decide to claim the deposit judicially ,we will require power of attorney appointing local lawyers and procurators.
SO MUCH FOR BANK GUARANTEES THEN.
tHE BOTTOM LINE IS WE ARE NOT GETTING OUR MONEY BACK ---- BECAUSE ANTONIO IS NOT IN A POSITION TO PAY--- I MUST TRY THAT ONE WHEN MY NEXT GAS BILL COMES IN

Well, you never know who youre dealing with on a message board, maybe some of you know one eachother, but not me...yet
Maybe we could plan to met somewhere in Spain next summer, when the project has started.
We could invite Antonio out to lunch together with the Mayor (or maybe it will be ex Mayor by that time)
and Make sure we have a translator present
I'm sure that would have been entertaining!!
