Maybe let him swap keys with Leigh  , ask him to let us use the place for free but increase his takings by way of large purchases of winey stuff  .......... IF he doesnt fancy throwing his keys in our bowl  ........ Plan B will be playing how many peeps can you fit in a 3 bedroom apartment ...........

Hi Debbie,
We have just completed by POA and our solicitors had our 4 Keys and PW kept one for snagging.
We had our aircon fitted this week by Polarair. All I did was sent an email to polarair giving permission for Gary to have unrestricted access to our apartment for the purpose of fitting the aircon.
Gary showed this to PW rep on site and they opened the apartment for him to do the work and locked up after he had finished.

I cost us about 70 Euro to have our keys sent to us by courier by our solicitor which was alot cheaper than going over to collect them.
