has jardines 13 got a pool ??? IF NOT WHAT WILL THAY use ???  the pool in jardines 12 i think so that make it we get twice as many  screaming kids.   I'm not a grumpy old man its Nice hearing kids having fun,  but when you got  jardines 12 + 13  god knows how many that will be, jardines 12 will be over run with people all the kids  and their parents looking after them, the pool well be packed out  and when you get the older kids playing up making a lot of noise  in 13 they will be sent  away, they will make their way to the pool to hang out and we will get all the hassle,  and  while i am thinking out loud  if the management  cost is on each jardines  do we pay more for having  a pool  and 13 cheaper for not having one

You do not need to worry as Jardine 13 has a nice large pool to replace the originaly planned two smaller pools.

Leigh - Have you tried contacting Polaris to ask them exactly what's going on

I think if you look at the plans and photos that have been posted you will see that jardines 13 has in fact got 3 of the longer rows of appartments as part of it's block where all the others have 2. The end one of these rows does not actually face out onto a garden & pool area but overlooks the boundry fence and outwards to where the Oasis complex is going to be. Although nicely enough landscaped, I'm afraid the outlook from the patio areas is only going to be of construction works for some time to come. Strange one that - can't understand why you would build another single block and plonk it on the end as it is effectively 1/4 of a Jardine ???
