We are buying on Golf Suites. On reservation in Feb we were told early 2010, then Autunm 09 but the way the building is progressing it wouldnt surprise us if it was spring/summer 09. The sooner the better. CANT WAIT!!!

LOL what a coincidence. We are also frontline, overlooking the lake, near the large carpark. I think that area will be built last, with the pool area built 1st then the rest built working away from that area. Thats just the way I'd do it

Hi neighbours - we will be in 3703 - front line/ground floor - when the Golf Suites are eventualy built - like the rest of you we can't wait and hope that the building is brought forward to early/mid '09 instead of the original dates of end '09 - we're going out first week of September to have a "look round" Condado and will let you know if there's any sign of building work or promises from Polaris that they are about to start building - c ya

Hi all,
I'm S0903 Gr. Fl. on the lake (overlooking the 5th fairway I believe). I've had no indication from PW that completions will be anything other than late 2009. As you say, it would make sense for them to start around the pool area. Anyone received a Bank Guarantee?
Incidentally, Admin has provided a separate forum for Golf Suites.

Patony, we are also out there early Sept, 4th til 11th. Staying in Vera but will definately pop up a couple of times when we are there. Probably Sunday when the builders are NOT there so we can wander out of bounds.
thekeeves, we reserved late Feb & have chased Polaris 4 times now for Bank Guarantee but to no avail  . Also, cant seem to find forum for Golf Suites. Can you redirect me please?

Hey patony, just had a thought. If we are 3713 & you are 3703 does that mean we are above/below each other?  Middle apartment of block of 5 in Bloq37?

Hi - Don & Kerry - is it a small world or what ??? - yep we're in the middle 'ground' apartment of block of 5 in block 37 - so if your middle 1st floor block 37 we're definately neighbours - we like :- red wine / beer / steaks / pasta / etc / etc - looking forward to partying with you sometime in '09 - at least we won't fall "upstairs" going to bed afterwards - c ya

We are off to Spain tomorrow for a week. We are staying in Vera but will pop along to Condado to check things out & take some pics even if Golf Suites are still a patch of desert. I think Patony are out there the end of this week too

Hi Don/Kerry (neighbour) - yep were flying out there on Saturday and hope to visit Condado on Monday - hope there's some good news about our phase being early like all the rest - anyway we'll try to get a beer in the new bar while we're there and maybe "bump" into some residents during the visit - SORRY Keeve , but, we can't wait for our apartment to be built - the sooner the better for us - c ya

Pat - thanks for info - I'll try to ring them Monday when we're in Spain to confirm before we drive there - even if they are closed we might just go to Condado and drive around the road to see what we can - we're like 'big kids' who can't wait for the presents - c ya
