My contact at PW says the beach club is in the licences process and will not be available this summer !

But at least it in the pipeline- look how fast they get everything up once they start.

I think we were told 10 years start to finish- do you think that includes building around the other golf courses or that they were after the ten year plan?

Found this on the beach club


The Polaris World Beach Club will be based at the end of the La Manga peninsula, with its own beach onto the Mar Menor sea. There will be transport by boat to the beach club and the facilities will include tennis courts, water-sports, changing facilities and a bar/cafe.

Thanks Barry & Sue,

That beach club looks as though its going to be fantastic.  Really looking forward to it all now.  Also the comments made by those who've completed are all very positive.  Dec 2006 I laid my first pennies down.  Now I can see a very bright light at the end of the tunnel.  In 5- 7 more years this place is going to be awesome.
