Thanks that is a great help, gotta go and buy the sat nav now. Do you think that it will accept them for condado as it is newly built, will it find it? Was thinking of getting a Navman s90i.

Word of warning about using SatNav in Spain.
I understand from my friend who lives in Malaga that the Spanish police are targeting drivers who have a SatNav attached to their windscreen claiming they are a distraction.
I am guessing that in an easily identifiable hire car you would be an easy target and no doubt attract an hefty On-the-spot fine.
Does anyone else have any experience regarding this?

Re: SatNav, below is information taken from the AA advice on driving in Spain. Link to the full page at the bottom.

Apparatus with a screen which can distract a driver (such as television, video, DVD equipment) should be positioned in places where the driver is unable to see them. This excludes GPS systems. It is prohibited to touch or programme the device unless parked in a safe place. The use of radar detectors is prohibited.

My hubby does not want me to put it on the screen anyway he wants me to keep it on my lap or in in my hand as he has never driven in spain and never used a satnav either.
