Help and Advice Needed

We are in  Block 14 and are going to complete in November.  Does anyone have dimensions of the rooms in the penthouses?

We are in  block 10 of the Penhouses  and due to complete mid October fingers crossed. We too would like to know the exact dimension of the penthouse rooms.  I could only suggest that you contact Carol (Angelbabe11) and ask her to measure up for us as she is now over there forever, lucky her.

We have bought one in Block 9....35, we also would like room dimensions confirming.  There does seem to be a little confusion on the threads about room sizes.  We are coming out for completion in Nov 5~8th.  Hope to meet up with 'new' neighbours soon.  If you get anything back from Carol - please let us know

everyone  you will find the sizes of the penthouse  listed on a previous post  dated 15 july   posted by maverick100   under  naranjos apartments he measured both the bedrooms and living rooms bedrooms = 10ft by 10ft   living room from the patio doors to the breakfast bar 16ft  by 10.5ft wide

We are aware of the post from the 15th July giving the room sizes.  However, we are not convinced that the bedroom sizes are 10ft by 10ft (would be great if they were as we've factored them in for being smaller).  

I suppose the only true way we'll know is to measure them when we're out there, or to ask somebody who is visiting the showhouse to measure up for us, although having said that I thnk we are some of the first to complete in block 10, so there might not be too many people to ask.

We are going to Spain in two weeks and are going to the penthouse showhouse so will measure up and post on the website as soon as we can.  Must admit I live in la la land and thought (from the original documentation that we got) stupidly that the rooms would be generous but having looked at the photos of the penthouse realise that this is not the case.  Nevermind, that lovely corner settee I have set my heart on will have to stay in the shop.  I am sure it will be okay though and will just make the best of a small space as I am sure the view we will all have will more than make up for not being able to swing a rat in our appartments.

Could you please measure the patio doors in the lounge and the bedroom as I am planning to make my own curtains and take them over with us.

Hi. Hopefully you'll find the room sizes satisfactory. We haven't been over yet (got to wait until October) but the living area should be slightly larger than our fairly large conservatory at home so I think it will be okay. Could you take a look at the shutters on the windows whilst you're out there ? I understand there are shutters on all the windows with the exception of the small kitchen window. I'd be interested to know how useful these may be...

We went over last week 17 sept and visited the penthouse showapartment we drove onto condado and made our own way down to the penthouse blocks found the showapartment which was open but no one in so spent around 2 hours having a good look round and took some measurements

Front Bedroom 8ft 8inch wide and from the wadrobes to the patio doors is 10ft.9inches
 
Back Bedroom 8ft 8inch wide and from window wall to the wadrobes is 9ft 4 inch

Lounge from breakfast bar  to patio doors is 17ft 9inch by 10ft wide

lights in lounge is 1 over front door  1 over dinning table by the breakfast bar and 1 in middle of lounge

In each bedrooms there are two ceiling lights but be warned they are not centre  and if you where to buy ceiling fans  they might  hit the wall 
hope this helps. We where quite happy with the size of the rooms when viewed in real life has we where a bit wary when looking at photos that have been posted  you get a false impression  that they are going to be tiny but this was not the case
and the amount of light they let in you get a even better feeling of space and the day we visted it was a bit overcast so when sunny and looking out over the golf course BRILLIANT.

I don't suppose you managed to take any measurements of the various windows in the Penthouses as we are looking to buy curtains etc, and are looking for width and drop etc.

Hi everyone,
I think someone posted saying they had the exact dimensions for the penthouses as they had used a laser gizmo ? Does anyone have these or know who made the post ? Just returned from snagging our penthouse and they are absolutely fantastic !
