Information, please?

My new exchange contract was agreed the day before the anouncement, and sent dated on the 14th May.. What's your view on the legality.  What date  did they 'officially' enter into voluntary administration?  I know at the time my Lawyer said that SJ had had no right to agree it. or write it (how very typical)... and that's what took so long (waiting for the Administrators approval in July after they were appointed)... what's your view?

Ask your lawyer for the official date of the entry into VA or concurso can you.

I would put my faith in that a date of midnight before the one you get, being the official time that a contract could be honourable for your purposes.  The time lag between one administration SJ, and the other HdT, shouldnt matter i dont think because inter trading would be halted by either one of them going into admin.  

If it involves changing contracts between one and the other after either of them have gone into admin, it seems dodgy because one or the other would be affected by the admin, i would argue, legaly not able to mess about with them.  

The administrators can though Sal...they can trade in their own manner providing its in the creditors interests......the administrators are not working for SJ...they work for us, thats how it is.

Let me know if thats what you find, cos if its different i think it can be challenged.
