This was the leter sent tous by a member of sarc as for sales playa golf is not involed in the Concursa it is a different company not HDT so they can sell 
as I said we did not say that HDT are selling as they are i councursal when will you understand the set up it involves HDT and SJI none of their other companies
please do keep up it is important theat you remember it is not San JOse as a whole

Are you feeling on more solid ground now, being your letter and we said it, all of a sudden.   Not long ago it was a bit different.

If Playa golf is part of the main company and is still trading and these are not re-sales from the agent, the system is even more bent than i gave it credit for.

If there are shared directors and same products and they still sell houses, (if they ever get built) with dodgy bank guarantees, they have stitched you up, even with the concurso....what a sham.  I will try and look further into it tomorrow when i make contact with this agent.

In the meantime i am aghast at the letters you are printing as a reason to be cheerfull..............what a sham

It is a shame that you are being so rude and aggresive and that stops people from posting but it will not stop Brianmags or myself. No, only my  home PC deciding that it has had enogh of all this drivel that it has self destructed. 
The tone and focus of your posting really do show  that you do not welcome any outcome other than the failure of SADM.

I hope that people will still post any information that they get and will share letters and updates that they recieve from their agents etc.

I yet again ask what will  you all do if, as we expect SADM goes ahead? Will you retract your comments and insults and give an apolagy?

 Tonymal  SADM is not going to go a head .SJ are going to go bust .You are not going to get your house.You are excepting more of ther lies .You will look very silly at the end of all of this .People within SJ will face criminal proceedings.No people will not get  their money back unless they have a BG because SJ are skint and have nothing left to give .Did you even read Sals post on the other thread did you understand what Sal was trying to say ? Do you realise the harm that you are doing making false claims!   You may not like what SJ/HdT have done nor the situation that they are in but why claim that they are bust? 

Are you privy to the outcome of the refinancing negotiations or the administrators report? I very much doubt it , so why don't you button it, stop trying to shout people down and wait for the end of the month and see what happens?

Me......well  I am happy to wait a few more weeks for the definative news and until then I will post what ever info comes my way .

I did not say SJ were bust but they are going to go bust .Because my brain actually works and I can think things through for my self and can prove SJ have told nothing but lies for a very long time then it is obvious that I am privy to far more information than you are .Your cheek foolishness ,gullibility and stubborn attitude is what requires to be buttoned. Time will tell and yes I will say I told you so and yes I will enjoy it too.

Garcia, it is not a case if a person can read, it is a case of what someone reads into something and wants to believe.

I think the chaps computer would only crash due to drivel coming out of it, wouldnt it...........?

I enjoy having a laugh too, but some of the comments are getting to be nasty again.  If you want to have a dig at other members of the forum, please pm each other, and don't put personal comments on here.  Most of us want to read the latest information - whether we belong to IWMMB or IWMH - and hopefully most of us are intelligent enough to make our own minds up about what we read.  To be quite honest with you all, I am particularly wary when I haven't actually met the people posting, as they may very well have a hidden agenda and so many are hiding behind pseudonyms.  I am always pleased to see a post from Darren & Michelle, for example, or Linda Needham or GAL, as I know them.

Many of us bought at SADM (or other developments) because we wanted to live there permanently, whereas other people wanted a holiday home or an investment.  We are all bitterly disappointed at what is happening, but we are not all slagging each other off.

I had a dream - most of us had a dream - and mine was to retire to Spain to a beautiful place called Santa Ana del Monte.  John and I first went there 3 years ago, so I can understand how hard it is for people who have waited longer.  Last year was very difficult for me personally, as my mother died in January (she had cancer, so it wasn't unexpected but it was still very sad) but only a couple of months later my younger brother died suddenly, which was a huge shock.  For a long while afterwards I felt very low, and the only things that kept me going were the support I had from John and my children, and the dream of moving to Spain.  We both decided to retire this year and rent somewhere until our house was ready: we signed a rental contract in April and were looking forward to moving to SADM at the end of this year. Then - as you all know! - we heard the news about SADM in May.  John still has to sell his house (good time to sell in the UK!) and we are likely to have less money than we had hoped, plus we will be living on our pensions.  We are still trying to stay positive though.

I know other people have given up everything in the UK to follow their dreams too.  People who had hoped to make a living at SADM, for example, and who don't seem to be complaining even though they must be feeling devastated.

So come on guys, we are all going through difficult times.  Let's be nice to each other, please?

Thanks for the post and i appreciate your comments.  Maybe if i could explain my concerns a bit clearer.

The whole point i was making is that San Jose are reported as still selling properties and i challenged it.  Its not really important to me to have each persons history or be personally aquainted but its important to know that other people, we dont know, may still be falling into the very bad situation we are in right now.

It is illegal to continue trading when in any form of administration, only the administrator can do that.

I dont really look on the news that San Jose are still selling properties from new as a reason to be happy and i cant ignore that prospect either, they may have stuffed me but im not standing by while they continue to stuff others.

Hope thats a bit clearer and no offence.
