Help please re urbanisation rule liability

Hi Sal,
i do not object to  being called names or slagged off etc but I do object to being called a liar. I am a National representative in the NHS and respected for my honesty. All I have asked for is a retraction of the remark, which, as it was proven to be untrue by Jon G's posting should not really be a problem.

As for you almred,  nice picture just a shame that you do not appreciate that people are accountable for their comments.

In response to the first point, it is just as well you don't.
Second point, as you are  a National representative in the NHS and respected for your honesty, what has that to do with us on the forum. Come to think of it, many don't trust or respect the NHS.

Next we will be having PC Plod telling us that he represents the most honourable of all, the police.

Maybe a Government Minister, now don't we all trust and respect them?

Regarding people being accountable for their comments, yes worth remembering, especially when details are available on a website, but there again, won't be necessary when all are living in their houses at SADM in 12-18 months time and at the same price as was 3 years ago.

It is strange that one forum member wishes to take legal action against another, when there is a property company that has taken their money and not yet produced the goods, and has filled them with promises, dreams and spin.
Me, I would rather spend my money challenging those who have taken my money, and let those who know me and do business with me judge my character and integrity and without having to stress what I do, what qualifications I have and what representations I hold.

     name calling and stupid comments aside people have to be very carefull when they say something like that in electromic print form  just grow up and behave like adults will you. a joke is a joke but you guys tend not to know when to stop.

Dear Sarc manager

When there are times that provocation takes place there will be harsh words spoken.

There was an instance on this site that both the managers of SARC, for example, had the occasion to call me Stalin, then Goebells. This was for no good reason other than i spoke my views, they were however lies.

Extreme provocation would be when SARC managers, when printing letters they happen upon, which indicate the builder we are all creditors of ,are continuing to trade when in administration.  

This was publicly revealed and offered as a source of good news, and was in effect publicly condoning the illegal actions of a company that we all, including the SARC members, are owed money by.

The defence of SARC management is to deflect this responsibility and produce a confrontation with myself, which avoids the underlying reason that any harsh words may have traded.  

By choosing to confront myself at the expense of all other comments made, this would appear i am the person who has most likely threatened the validity or truth of the message which was placed on here as the article of good news.  In short, i believe it was an untruth, a false statement, a lie, if you like.  

It was printed by a SARC manager and it provoked the response it deserved.  It was condoning an illegal practice of a builder we are creditors of.  The SARC manager chose to publish it and put his name to it, then later to hide behind the fact it was someone elses letter.  Not a good thing to do, more thought or investigation should have been made to verify it.

SARC  managers should have known better and should have challenged it straight away.

Thats my stance, thats the truth, thats the facts

If a SARC manager wants to challenge me on it then make it a good and reasoned argument, dont just throw toys around and threaten soicitors letters, grow up and debate it with the intellect we would expect of a the educated health professional tou have claimed to be please.

Brian, not to worry. Statistical fact (not all here like those) of those who claim they will sue for whatever, at least 65% never do, even after seeking legal advice, just talk about it, which is why some people are taken seriously, whilst others aren't.
Sorry to offend some people by stating fact, based on statistics.

I have been in situations where one of the remaining 35% has tried, and failed in court with me.  I go to court for a living sometimes representing fire damage cases, people tripping on flags, today i was defending our stance on some tenants own damage from within a property and their reasoning it was a medical condition that was the root cause.  

I am pretty skilled and can handle myself well, and can waste the money of others while doing it.

Anyone taking me on would need to be very well presented and most importantly, be able to present facts and reasonability.  Thats what courts decide upon y'now...............when you get there

I am extremely upset that the SARC leaders have not threatened to sue me ,in fact I feel quite left out and neglected  . I have called SARC many things, so why I am not in the same boat with Briando.Perhaps it is because to sue someone for Liable /Slander or for that matter deformation of character the aggrieved party would have to prove that what was said, written or  or implied was not  true or based on fact . Perhaps that is why I am not included in said action.
Some may remember myself a few months ago advising SARC that they could find themselves in legal trouble with misadvising,misrepresentation,and causing financial , emotional harm  or detriment  to others to further their own ends . May I just say this is still the case and is a legal avenue I have left open in case anyone wants to or needs to pursue it in the future .I had one elderly couple in mind when leaving this avenue open. However unlike Brianmags I do not threaten people with legal action merely to effect an apology.
Anyway Briando55  fear not  (not that I think for one moment you are quaking in your boots ) by the time the said action ever reaches court the action will be null and void as the truth will be out and there will be no case to answer . I do not believe you have stated any mistruths.
What is really annoying about all of this is that once again the SARC leaders hijack and terrorise the forum members to detract  the debate from the real issues/ information the members want ti discuss .This is nothing new and there is a definitive pattern emerging they do this every time the current information is not what they want to hear.It is in deed a gross misuse of this forum and they do us all a great dis service .Therefore I say enough. 
Perhaps we should all stop responding to their posts as they are truly pathetic.

now then JA..in your own words, tell the court what you remember about the way you were helped by the organisation called SARC, who, as the court knows have been formed to help everybody get their house or their money back.  What did they do for you?
