WHILST I TO SOME DEGREE ADMIT GRAYE IS CORRECT IN HIS COMMENTS ABOUT LOCALS USING WHAT SHOULD BE OUR POOL.......IT MUST BE NOTED THAT THERE ARE SOME NUMBER OF BRITS ALREADY IN THE VILLAGE THAT ARE MORE THAN CAPABLE OF DOING THE POOL THING..ONCE IT HAS BEEN REALISED THAT IT IS FREE FOR ALL

I AM OBVIOUSLY NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS SCENARIO DOES ANYOELSE HAVE ANY VIEWS ?????

IN THE APPROACHING 4 YEARS SINCE DEPOSITS WERE PLACED . THERE HAS BEEN NO MENTION OF THE POOL OR PROBLEMS WITH IT...IS IT POSSIBLE THAT WE WOULD BE TOLD MATTER OF FACTLY AFTER COMPLETION

ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS I PURCHASED WAS BECAUSE IT WAS ADVERTISED WITH A POOL.......THERE WERE PLENTY OF OTHER PROPERTIES FOR SALE AT THE TIME SO WE DID HAVE A CHOICE

AND I NOW CONFIRM TOTALLY THAT THE ORIGINAL PLANS SUBMITTED IN 2003 (SOME TIME AFTER DEPOSITS WERE PLACED) DID NOT INCLUDE A POOL

PALMERA AND MIRADOR HAVE HAD 4 YEARS TO INFORM US

SHOULD ANYONE NOT (WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE) TAKE MY WORD FOR THIS ...I WILL PUT THEM IN CONTACT WITH MY LAWYER

                        I think you may be getting carried away about the swimming pool. I would like very much to buy a property on this development but from what I have found out on the grape vine the issues with the swimming pool is the least of your problems.

            1 The first is when will any of phases 1 be finished

            2  Then when will the remainder of this phase get finished?

            3 Are all the issues around the lack of garage for which you have clearly paid    for going to get resolved?

            4 Are the issues on a package that the builders say the want paying for going to be resolved?

            5 And last there is the issue were the builders require €9000 to transfer the contract over to a third party

            If you look at these 5 points the pool issue looks like it is a drop in the ocean 

  I can tell you that until all of these problems are sorted I would not even consider buying anything on this site
