We will not make a decision on renting until end of Jan.

The reason being if the builders all of a sudden get a rocket up their jacksy maybe a miracle might happen and faze 2 will be ready.

christmas came early, finally completed & actually own our apartment now!! We will be out in Roda again in January by which time furnishing etc will be in place. Apartment will be available for rent from March 2007, just been developing website, link below to take a look

A naive question but would this not be a good test if as purchasers we try to rent from those companies we might use for renting out. For instance we are thinking of using McAnthony to rent from and then see if they would be someone who we would entrust our property to.

Hi all since i posted my message about looking for a place to rent i got an email from a girl in Rodas rental department asking me if i wanted to go through them as they had plenty of places to rent .I was just wondering has anyone else got this email and it just shows this website must have caused some interest in head office ,so just keep in mind BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING US

I would be interested to know where the Roda Rentals properties are advertised - I was not aware that they already had one up and running and had properties available to rent - this means that owners have already signed up with them  ??

Anyone else got any info on Roda rentals  ??

We have a meeting on the 16th Jan with aftersales and the (new? ) rentals manager at Roda, this to check out the new furnishing package out and find out how serious they are about marketing our property.  I might report back at the weekend when we get back home.

Also lined up people to finish the lighting and shower screens.   Anybody else out there next week ?
