Has building stopped at OCC?

I was just wondering if anyone has visited the site in August . Apparently they weere supposed to have been moving cranes and other equipment on to the site?

Pico - What are you basing your assumption on ? Are there any hard facts to support your view below?

I do not think any investor to enter the completion of construction.This rumor is another lie from the promoter.

I have not logged on to this website for a number of months and did so to see what the state of play was.

I cannot believe that people are still saying work will start in October.

Same old story but different place. Was ACC now OCC.

The agent Rowlands BB has been flogging these, making posts about building re-starting  and standing by HUMA for years.

Really not sure what you are trying to say here.  Am I right in thinking you are Spanish or maybe of another foreign nationality?  No disrespect but from whom did you get this information?  People should really quantify from whom or where they are getting their information from when placing notifications on this website as it can be very annoying and off putting when reading "hear say" information which this sounds to be, to me anyway. 

I spoke with Carmen last week albeit that she was still on holiday.  She took the time to ring me which I thought was really nice.  She informed me that the builders would be back on site either at the end of September or October.  Carmen worked during August, hence the reason why she is still on holiday.  I think she said she was back on 28th September.  Because she was working during August she has not been able to catch up with Claudia.   Carmen will update me next week as I have sent a reminder e-mail to ask whether the machinery is back on site.  I am sure most of us do keep the lines of communication open between Carmen and Claudia - lets keep doing this as it seems that "postits" recently on this site have dried up.

Just to reinforce your post Moon, I also spoke to Carmen last week and she said the exact same things to me - she is back at work on Monday 28th. She is very optimistic about the re-start - let's hope it is right.

She also said I might get more up-to-date info from Claudia if I wanted to ring her. I did ring her and had a conversation with her, she said the re-start would be as soon as possible. Although not willing to commit to a date she did say that the new investors (she referred to them as 'new partners') were definitely on board and she would inform everyone when she had a start date.

Obviously we have all been here before, time will tell.

I do find Carmen much more helpful and more knowledgeable than Claudia but I do get the impression that they too are very frustrated with the lack of communication from their BOSS. 

We all have 2 options at the end of the day:  sit it out   OR   take them to court.  Let's hope we get some really positive news in a week or two.

As someone who is suing HUMA through the courts my advice would be set yourself a date - say end of November - which is way past the date that HUMA say they will restart and if not start legal proceedings then.  A lot of people have no faith in what HUMA say (for good reason) but taking legal action is an expensive way forward and to be honest at present does not seam to be getting anyone anywhere.  The problem with not setting a date when you change your mind on what to do is that with HUMA there always appear to be something that is going to happen next month.  When that timescale is gone then it is next month - by giving HUMA an extra month now then you are cutting out the excuses that may come later.  It is to easy to let things drift - unfortunately I did that at ACC - in hindsight I should have gone to court a year earlier - I probably would have had my money back if I had done that.

Sorry - can't except ACC is a small scale con -  the amount of money they have had I would class it as a large scale con!

I cant understand why these people havent been done for theft, or a least fraud. The courts were quick enough to stop the build when they thought that was illegal. Guess the small guy on the street isn't important!
