Each time that I pass the Resort Management offices, they are closed, I also have heard that the big office/show room they had on the C3319 is closed as well!

I couldn't believe the resort management office had closed so I called Jo the girl who works there. She said the office is open but because there are no telephones or internet on the resort she is having to do most of her work from home. There is a sign on the door with a number to call if she is not there, she can be in the office in 5 minute.

I called her on 0034 686380793 and got straight through.

Ah the power of the internat and 'eye on spain' they were open today!

I thought I would mention Home Kare, they are based in The Spanish Village, and the internal fit out of their unit is stunning! I know that they have purchased the unit and are therefore financially committed to HDA as the rest of the owners are.  I have heard only good things about them!

Does anybody know how I can retrieve my keys from the Hacienda Multi Services offices...?  they were managing my property and have my keys.  Is there a lawyer handling the property or surely somebody on this thread has had the same problem..?

Please, please let me know as soon as you can..

Shame really - great resort, but I had fallen foul of Sue Gardiner and her shafting people.  I am goign down the route of voluntary surrender of the property to my spanish bank.  Before that happens, I am looking to sell the contents of villa ( a 3 bed altair) fully furnished, and it has only been used a max 8 times (By Sue Gardiners clients)....  This can be facilitated through Bev from TouchinSpain.  I would highly recommend her as being very helpful throughout this whole process and seems to be on of the good guys.  Property goes back to the bank in 2 weeks time.  Any sensible offer considered.
