Condado De Alhama Beach Club..??

I think it would be great for Polaris and the residents of CDA if they decided to create a beach front presence at Mazzaron for the residents of CDA to use during the summer months? I would be tempted to go with the nikkibeach . com theme as this would add the finishing touches to the potental that a resort like CDA is expected to offer over the coming years.

Does anyone else see the demand for such a place at Mazzaron?

good idea but you don't get sumthin for nutjin (these days anyway). Like everything the value obtained would depend on the cost.

The beach at Mazzaron is nice but Polaris could very quickly launch a cool and trendy add on for residents on CDA to use as opposed to having to travel all the way to the proposed Polaris Beach Club on La Manga strip.

Without attracting the numb nuts type audience from some of the other more well known holiday hotspots by Polaris creating a nikkibeach . com type environment it will help to attract a different type of audience that has probably being attracted to date without going over the top too much.

Any thoughts from anyone else?
