Garden Furniture

Could anyone please advise where I can get a Synthetic rattan weaved weatherproof Table & 6 chairs for the roof terrace of our 2 bed apartment in Jardines at a reasonable price?

Ikea had the ARHOLMA range.

 We bought the sofas from the range(before they withdrew the sofa cushions from sale) but did'nt buy the dining set as we'd already made a purchase elsewhere. We used flatpaxabia.com to shop and deliver it...

We got a Cappuchino (looks brown to me!) synthetic rattan table and 4 chairs from DFS in San Javier.  As many people have posted before this is a great place and sells eveything - well worth a look around.

Simon - Yes I agree that DFS are very good - Cora helped me furnish the whole apartment - I have prices from them but 1300 euros for a 6 seater table and chairs with a glass top seemed a bit steep so I wanted to look furthr afield

Not all of homestyle stores and garden centre closed down. The one from Murcia airport is still open and you can also order online

I,ve bought a great garden set (lounge set) at a place close to Murcia, called Murcia Furniture.

They have various  high quality gardensets on offer for great, great prices. I must say I felt sorry for myself that I did not buy my furniture there as they have nice stuff, quality stuff in all price ranges adn with great offers.

But I can tell you it,s worth while going there to take a look.

We bought our garden furniture for our penthouse in Los Alcazares at D & G.It is an english lady who has a small shop, but very nice furniture.  If you have a specific wish, it it's a problem for her.  She can deliver.  The quatility is very good and the prices also. As we have a groundfloor appartment, we needed very light material to put inside when we are not in Spain.  So we bought very light aluminium furniture with synthetic rattan.  Lateron we were looking for sunbeds, and after looking around, we ended up in D & G (again), as we could not find another shop with this quality/price

We got our rattan furniture from Torregrosa in Torrevieja, the table and 6 chairs was ordered in and the sofa set was in stock. It was 630 euro for the Table and 6 chairs and we got it delivered for free.

We got a table and chairs in outdoor rattan in Eroski for 165 euro and black webbing sunloungers for 80 each, also sofa two chair and coffee table were 500 euros.  Can you tell I'm a Eroski fan?!!! Also got a cast iron two chair bistro set for outside front door for 114 euro from - wait for it - Eroski!

There are three Eroski that I've been to - one at San Javier in Dos Mares shopping centre (nice little shopping centre and en route from the airport), another in Cartagena which we had trouble finding and then the one in Nueva Condomina shopping centre by Murcia (you cant miss it because you can see it from the motorway and this one has Primark too)

Well off to pack we are getting the six am flight to Alicante in the morning.
