You'll really enjoy Hacienda Del Alamo, i've played it a couple of times but never in August, should be great if you go off early. just remember, you have to play off the waste ground ( like compessed grit ) which takes some getting used to. I hardly hit a fairway when I last played there so got quite accomplished off it. The greens are superb and very quick so you'll need you lightest putter.

I'm so jealous, I havn't played in Spain since we completed but if anyone fancies a knock between 26th & 30th Sept when we are next out I'd be more than happy.

have just returned and played La Torre and Mosa Trajectum while out. Heard some interesting stores from folk living permanent on La Torre. Polaris have hiked the annual green fee to 2,500 euro. So to get a return on that you need to play 4 or 5 times a week. They also charge 30e for a two person buggy. Many on La Torre think that fee is way too high and are taking memeberships out elsewhere. Mosa are charging 500e per year but ............... they seem to have no water , the fairways and tee boxes are burnt brown although they seem to be maintaiing the greens, but some are still going for that.

At least for those of us who are not here all year the twilight green fee of 30e is not too bad.
