I actually carry out test for qualified trades people, surveyors and builders all of which rae happy with the service and quality of testing

please stop making, as an anonymous poster to the forum, accusations about ,as you put it a few others,  about the quality of my service which are unproven and unfounded

As you claim to be local to where I live in Spain, and if you have any concerns about the quality of  the service i deliver I would be happy to meet with  to discuss this if you PM or mail me,  this but seems that all you want to do is attack me and other posters  on this thread

I have well documented procedures for the professional testing of these items which I am happy to discuss with you locally face to face, as I have already offered

I am happy to discuss this on a face to face basis, not I believe an unreasonable proposal in an effort to remove this form an arguement on a public forum so that topics can get back on subject

Loverocket I suggest that your motives on this forum are at the very least questionable

You have made 15 posts on this fourm since you recently joined, 13 attacking me calling me everything from  a con merchant, rip off merchant, statiing that people are unhappy or have sussed and of course the comment on naive Corvera buyers. 2 attacking other members calling the wallys and by the way 1 positive posting about Corvera

People, my customers use me and are happy with the service and I am happy to meet you and answer your queries face to face but mate is certainly not a term I suggest you use

When people post they pick up certain trends, use of text and even if they open a new account this remains with them on future

On RODA we had Wangey, on here Blueboy, both people that wanted to wind people up and it seems that Loverocket, if you look at their posts, have exactly the same trends and use of words and puntuation

I do of course Blueboy to come back on and say no it´s not me

No Loverocket I will not answer you, happy to dicsuss this with clients or you, face to face and I have no plams to repond anymore to your posting as it may be entertaining to others but it is pointless

Now for the commercial that having had tis business in Spain for 6 years with hundreds of satisfied customers a Cowboy I am not or a con or rip off merchant

Everyone can have opinions on the forum but  unsubstantiated  accusations towards individual??

The fundamental distinction between libel and slander lies solely in the form in which the defamatory matter is published. If the offending material is published in some fleeting form, as by spoken words or sounds, sign language, gestures and the like, then this is slander. If it is published in more durable form, for example in written words, film, compact disc (CD), DVD, blogging and the like, then it is considered libel.

I understand libel is the only law a person is guilty of until proved innocent but I'm sure someone will have a different opinion.

Would be good to return to the original informative post and leave individuals to choose who they wish to use regarding their properties.

Seems that my belief that this was all the same person may be correct as you can see that the forum have banned this user and deleted his posts

I am sure that he will be back under another name but I did PM him offering to meet with no reponse

The latest user name for Loverocket is , , as I have just received a threatening PM l from him via the forum in which he is going to come over to Corvera and sort me out as he puts it

A very strange respons as I have said that I would be happy to meet him locally if he is in Villamartin where I own property and it shouldn´t have to be like this

What a ludicrous situation - what on earth has happened to this thread?

I do however recall a thread made by Steve and the guys who have or are very keen to complete where they asked it not to be interrupted by negative comments.

Could this one also be shown the same respect and perhaps be used by people to express their concerns and gain advice from the "dark side".

Interesting comments over the last few days. I would have liked to keep this post relevant to current buyers at Corvera. I am not sure of inspectahomes interest in this topic, but am absolutely sure that Loverocket's input is irrelevant and of no consequence. Following enquiries to me, I thought it best to clarify a recurring theme:

1) Please note that if you plan to join the Legal Action Group to renegotiate the price of your purchase, you will be disappointed.

2) The usual course of events is the cancellation of your purchase contract in the presence of a Notary. Please note that when a Judge decides on the validity of the reasons for contract cancellation, he/she will be making his decision based on the date the contract was cancelled and not 2 years later due to delays caused by the legal process.
