Presentation in Southampton 13th April

Did anyone go to this presentation & have any information they are willing to pass on ?

Dear All

I attended the meeting in Southampton  & found that its content was usefull for purchasers. Questions were asked by purchasers & HdT answered them & explained the situation well. I will write a report ASAP but key points:
 

• Banks ready to finance SADM if agreement is accepted.
• HdT are allready negotiating with banks for lines of credit to give purchasers  who continue with their purchases BG's
• If liquidated there is no legal need for the administrators to ensure that the sale of assets covers ordinary creditors, only the privaledged and credits against assets.
• There are allready people trying to get SADM for just the cost of the creditors who have to be paid off & the court could accept this and have nothing to pay back to the ordinary creditors. 

Also there is an evening meeting at Birmingham, I believe it starts at 18.00, plus there are going to be 2 meetings on Spain .One at Jumilla on the 22 Aprils and another at Alicante (do not have any other details yet)

There was a meeting in Dublin yesterday. Today it is in Manchester, tomorrow in Birmingham and Saturday in London.

 We would be interested to hear from anyone who has attended one of the presentations.  Is there any mileage to be gained by going along?  Not to support the motion but to converse with other victims.

* Go to the front entrance by the pyramid, outside of the main building and turn right. Follow signs to the South Gallery Rooms level 2, which are along the side of the main building, overlooking ther river.

Where is the money coming from for the canvassing of voters ??????????????????????? ask em that and Dermot give em hell

Did anyone go to the London meeting?  If so, would you mind giving us some feedback?  e.g. how many people were there; who gave the presentation; were there any difficult questions and, if so, what was the response?; did it appear that the majority of people were voting yes?

Hi I attended the meeting at 12.45am,in London on Saturday.but my contract is with San Jose for a house in Albatera, and not with Hdt  so they said i could not stay so i wasted my time going there sorry about that,

But i had a email from someone that was there and he said. The outcome of the meeting was as he saw it, was that the majority present (40+) signed up to accept the proposal.

If only they had put as much effort in to keeping buyers informed money would not have been wasted on these Presentations
