As I have said the banks and Polaris pay exactly the same as any other owner. Seen the account, have access to bank accounts But thank you for your concern, just shows you can't believe everything people tell you.

its not so much my concern but every owners right to know
may be if the owners where more informed they would not have to listen to anyone who as something to say on here
but then again i have been told that the president must be quiet because they been told by ML

Thank for clearing that up ptan , good to know everyone has to pay their fair share of community charge. Do you or anyone else know any facts regarding Al Kazar / Clover ownership ? Has it been sold or has Polaris possibly used it as a surety against a loan ? It was reported they had recently recieved a cash injection. I know it doesnt really matter who owns it (as long as the 12 bottles for 10 euro continues) just maybe more opportunity for others if Polaris had moved on.

I log on to this forum looking to gather some constructive informative news on the progress or lack of progress in our small community. bit of local news ML have said that they do not trust the English presidents that they feel that SOME of them are always looking
