Been to site again today, busy,busy, busy is all I can say, some of phase 1 now has sun terraces erected, looking good. Want to know what is going on in the area? try www.pulpi.es and translate the pages to english in google, it doesn't translate word for word but is good enough, try the galeria fotografica for an excellent recent photo of S J D L Terreros.

We also went to the site on friday (15th) . Counted 14 cranes on site and yes they are now busy finally!.  We also had a drive to the golf course towards pulpi at the back which we wernt aware was being built and the villas on the other golf course. Unfortunately no one was around to make enquiries with, but there were palm trees and it appeared all seeded up. Does anyone know about this course - is it connected to the one planned at the side of our plot?  Will post some pics on this site when worked out how too (not being very technical minded).

The golf course at jaravia [on the pulpi road] is part of the mundo aguilon project, not anything to do with cdp or terreros golf course.
Its scheduled to open in around 18 months, about the same time as phase 1-3 apartments are finished.

The san Juan course which runs from the rambla back toward the ring road is taking shape now, but thats part of the golden sun beach project which is set to run for at least 6 years so i wont hold my breath waiting to get a tee time on there quite yet.

Exciting times ahead for Terreros indeed.

We also returned yesterday and were very pleased with how things are going the town is really buzzing with life we are on phase 2 and are still being told completion next March I will sort out some pictures we have taken.
