So four years after Huma paid the money into court we now have the last bit back (in our bank account this morning)and comparing the exchange rate when we made stage payments to Huma and now, we have actually made a bit.

That is fantastic - well done.   And you can enjoy the glory of knowing how much you have saved by NOT buing in ACC!!!

Yes that is fantastic news! However I dont understand how this is possible when the administrators are apparently taking care of any funds available.

This is great news and i can imagin your faces light up when you had the news. I cant wait for us to get this through.

Lets hope i,m not going to be dissapointed. This is also our last chance. I don't pray alot but for this I do, sad I no but true!!!

Does anyone know of anyone getting their money back from banks without BG ?

THE ONLY BUYERS GETTING REFUNDS WITH OUT BANK G.TEES, WAS VERY EARLY ON WHEN HUMA WERE SELLING AND STILL TAKING DEPOSITS,.... AFTER POLICE CLOSED THE SITE HUMA STOPPED REFUNDS AND I STILL DONT KNOW OF A SINGLE CASE WERE THE COURT RULED IN FAVOUR OF THE BUYER WHO HAD NO BGs....AND GOT A REFUND

Yes how true! There are many many buyers including us who won court cases, then got embargos but still nothing.

All up to the administrators now.

administrators have been called in years too late......huma have solen the deposits and never paid suppliers...ZERO will be left.............they have had 7 years to steal at will......courts dont care.

For the  people  with  embargos, the  debt would  stay  with  the property  or  land, so  if  and  when  they  are sold they  would  get some money  back  then.  Is  this  correct?   May  take  a while  until the  market improves.

no its not..huma are bust......embargo is worthless as no money is left.

No  I haven't who  was the  e-mail  from!  We should  have  had  our BG  from Cam, who do  not  existing  anymore.
