Hot water connection problems

Hello fellow DV-members,

We are new owners.  Recently got back from our 1st stay at DV.  During our stay we found that although we had hot water connected to the bath, there was no hot water connected to the taps supplying the two sinks in the main bathroom! 

We are wondering if anyone else has encountered a similar problem? 

If so, we would appreciate any information / advice.

Hi and welcome to DV.  When we purchased our apartment we had a problem in the ensuite with hot water being supplied to the toilet and also the outside tap. We contacted Ros y Falcon and they were very quick to put it right.  Hope you get it sorted soon.

Thank you for your kind welcome and response to my query. It is very useful to know that others have had similar problems. I will try and contact them the next time we are in DV and see if they can help.

Azi, you should have a key holder if you are not resident who has the keys to your apartment whilst you are not in DV.  I would ask him/her to try and sort it and when you come back you are not spending days getting it fixed.

Thanks for that. 
Our agent has a spare key, if necessary. But, I unfortunately still have not got round to checking to see if Ros + Falcon are still willing to carry out the necessary work; given that we did not purchase the property directly from them.
