Stand up and be counted - if you are on R10!

Hi R10 neighbours.  We are in Azucena No3.  We purchased in October 2005 and are hoping to move out to Santa Ana for good in about 4 to 5 years time.  Hope to have many holidays there beforehand though.  This is a great thread and its nice to highlight the properties on our map where you will all be living.

Hi Brian

I have realised that the map I have got shows phases 1 and 4 only.  It would be helpful to find out completion dates for the different phases in R10.  Do we assume that once they start R10 they will continue with it until phases 1 to 4 are complete?  Or could they move onto a different plot and come back later?  Thanks to Malcolm I now have a complete map of R10 (well once John prints it off for me at work I will have a copy in front of me to continue with my pink dots!)

I will email our agent today and hassle her again to get an update from SJ on completion dates for our property.   She is actually very good, but with three boys (one of whom is a baby) she is very busy.

Jane, Jerome and Jessica - nice to hear from somebody in Norfolk. When I was a little girl (centuries ago as people who have met me can testify!) I lived in Blickling near Aylsham.  We are planning to move to Santa Ana for good in 2009, but hopefully will  have a few holidays there next year!

Dave and Charmaine on R10 160, tulipan as an investment as we already own a house in the town of calasparra about 30 mins away. actually just returned back this weekend after having a fantastic week out there.

Not sure when we will move out yet as still have a long way to go until retirement age.

I have noticed on some different messages that "The licenses that they have in place at the moment are for R15 & R4"

Does anyone know if licences for R10 have been granted

Hi everyone, Carl and Ann here, we are going to be in 709, eventually.  We purchased in 2005 and have a completion of jan 2007 and will believe that when we see it ( Must not be negative ). We cannot wait to get out there in the sun.
