Wondered if anyone could tell me if they've had problems with water and electricty in their apartments?
Re Water
Shortly before we arrived for our first visit we were told that we had no water and that the water company had not connected us correctly (presumably they had connected the next doors apartment) The iste office managed to sort a 'temporary fix' but we have now been informed this has been removed and now fear we have no water. Our solicitor is pursuing this but has informed us that
"there are more problems like yours at the ``Casares del So´´l properties because the construction company did not make in the right way the installation of the signals inside the building since they finished their construction. That means that when the technical go there to make the work they find that kind of troubles.
Has anyone else had these problems and how has it been rectified?
Re Electricity
Tracey Thompson advised us to ask the solicitor to request the electricity company to install a bigger fuse as the standard fuses were not sufficient to withstand lights, kettles and hairdryers being on at the same time. We know this for a fact as clearly a bigger fuse wasn't fitted and late at night the switch of the hairdryer put everywhere into darkness - this happened on a couple of further occasions when a combination of seemingly low voltage appliances were used simultaneously.
Has anyone else experienced the sam problems and how has it been rectified?
Your wisdom and assistance, as ever, is appreciated
