Ammex advised in the meeting on 9th April that owners need to write to them if them want any items included on the AGM agenda. If you want an item included e mail amex and post ont his forum what you have asked so that those attending can ensure it is covered if you cannot attend. Amex also advised that items can also be covered under any other business. I would however let Amex know in advance so that they can include it as an actual item on the agenda, this will also give a better indication of how long the meeting may last.
