Buying  14 phase 5 they had £70.000 of my money  over two years this not acceptable count us in

I have paid up over £60000 over 2 & half years ago for phase 3  i would like some compo as well . I do not think we should be heavyhanded with the builders as they hold all the cards .

Thanks for all the replies, I`ve drafted a letter which I would like to send to interested parties for comments & approval, obviously we need a general consensus & can`t keep changing the content. The other point is, I`m going over on 9th, Sept & feel I should speak to my agent to get his opinion before contacting Peinsa.

If you want to email me a letter, addressed to Peinsa explaining your particular concerns, house number & phase when I get back I will send them off with the covering letter.

It may also be worth bearing in mind that Peinsa might just be monitoring this site & and if we can keep things amicable I think we have a greater chance of a result, failing that it may be worth individuals contacting their own solicitors for comment which could be posted here.

Hi everybody.  The photographs are looking great.  Thanks for uploading for everyone to see.  Kitchen units look far better than the samples we were shown back in 2005 at Ribera development.  Can't wait to see the colours going on. 

We asked our solicitor if we should seek compensation and after a wait of several weeks he replied a one word answer "yes."  After another long wait he said we should write to Peinsa not him.  Spanish solicitors seem to work only on a set line of work with no initiative.  We have written this week to Peinsa asking for white goods and a furniture package or a monetary offer.  We are in number 52, phase 3.  Looking forward to going back out in March..April...May...June next year to collect the keys.  Jo and Jim from Cupar in Fife
