Snagging

Hi all,

           I know that there are a few professional snagging companies who are using these boards to offer their services but can anyone provide recommendations for individuals or companies that they have used and been pleased with. We are completing on HR soon and obviously recognise that this is a very important process. Your comments would be appreciated.

We did our snagging last week, and to be honest we found it very hard to find anything wrong. One cracked tile on balcony. Railings to be repainted. Painting retouched under balcony. Also a general clean which they said would happen after the next inspection. If we had of used a company it reall would have been a waste of money.
