I Too have recd a letter from Huma, i phoned them on Monday and informed them calmly that i didnt have any confidence in ACC and i felt they had ommited one option from the letter, namely YOU CAN HAVE YOUR MONEY BACK! she checked my details and was arware i had cancelled last JULY O7 apologised for the delay but could give no time scale on the refund and then tried to promote other projects.

I am having many sleepless nights and have no confidence in Aldea,Parador or Huma. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, I have been contacted by BBC Watchdog and they seemed quite keen on the info i supllied on Parador but i have not heared from them for several weeks.

Heres hoping this sorry mess is resolved soon.

We contacted watchdog last year and had a chat with someone who then didn't pursue the story. The details hopefully are still on my wife's e mail, I will find out later 

I have tried to e mail Clare Sweeney too but her e mail on her website just bounces back
